As Toyota ambassadors, the VOC program grants us insight into your Toyota experience as well as your experience with Summit ToyotaLift.
Within a year of purchasing a Toyota lift truck, our customers receive three sets of surveys that provide the perfect opportunity to tell us how we’re doing in terms of sales and delivery, service and parts, and overall product experience.
Taking a moment with these surveys is a great time to reflect upon what your Toyota forklift has helped you to achieve, how Summit ToyotaLift has helped you get there, how we can continue to serve you, and whether there have been any setbacks along the way.
